- Energized electrical circuits exposed, arcing, or smoking.
- Electrical power outages at the hospital or communication center.
- Control device or pressure vessel failure in a boiler plant.
- Hazardous material and chemical spills.
- Insecure ADP facilities (locks).
- Persons trapped in elevators or an elevator condition that could result in life or property endangerment or could have an adverse affect on personnel, equipment, or mission accomplishment.
