What is considered an Emergency?

Chlorine leaks.

Fractured water line.

Water or sewer main fracture.

Any malfunction which allows sewage leakage or contamination of the water supply.

Gas leaks.

Energized electrical circuits exposed, arcing, or smoking.

Electrical power outages at the hospital or communication center.

Control device or pressure vessel failure in a boiler plant.

Hazardous material and chemical spills.

Insecure ADP facilities (locks).

Persons trapped in elevators or an elevator condition that could result in life or property endangerment or could have an adverse affect on personnel, equipment, or mission accomplishment.
